Scott established Noyes Capital Management LLC in 2003 with the goal of providing wealth management services for families, executives, retirees, trusts, and charities. With over 25 years of industry experience, Scott is passionate about investments and experienced in finding the right ones for your portfolio. His fee-only approach (no commisisons) eliminates conflicts of interest and results in unbiased advice. Scott's goal is to help clients gain and stay in control of their financial life.
Scott is a Chartered Financial Analyst™, Certified Financial Planner™ and Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst ™ and Certified College Planning Specialist. These credentials recognize his skills in security analysis, financial planning and fiduciary responsibility developed during his twenty-five years in the financial services industry.
Scott was the past President and CEO of Aubrey G. Lanston & Co., a primary dealer and specialist in U.S. Treasury securities, finanicla futures and municipal bonds. Scott spent twenty at Lanston where he was actively involved with sales, trading and the management of securities products for institutions. During his twenty years with Lanston, Scott directed trading, client sales, foreign offices, and administration and employee compensation. He dealt extensively with the firm's clients of high worth individuals, hedge funds, money managers, corporations, pension funds, charities, and banks.
Scott received his M.B.A. with a specialization in Finance from the University of Chicago in 1980. His undergraduate degree was completed at Knox College in 1978 where he majored in Economics and minored in Mathematics. Mr. Noyes grew up in Covenant Station, New Jersey, attended Morristown High School, and is a seventeen year resident of New Vernon, New Jersey.
Scott is a member of numerous industry associations including the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey (EPCNJ), The Financial Planning Association (FPA), The CFA Institute, The New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA) and the Center for Fiduciary Studies.
